Played around with my 2 favorites again. Chainmaille and pop tabs, with this as end result

day 81. Pop tab butterfly plantstick

I did etsy bootcamp last year and Nicola was my bootcamp buddy. She supported me all the way through it. You can find her etsy store at http://www.etsy.com/shop/NicsGifts
She bought 3 of my butterflies and gave me feedback on them. The antennea bent to easely. I improved them by using thicker wire. She will get 3 new ones with the thicker wire. She also suggested using them for plant sticks. I loved the idea.

I used cat grass in the picture below and see wanted to see what i was doing with her grass. Giggle

day 80. Pop tab tooth

I have to go to dentist tomorrow. It is the only thing I can think about at the moment. I am really really scared of going to the dentist. Always had this problem.

Day 79. Soda tab bowtie

Made the normal tie a few days back, so thought today, why would I not give a bowtie a try. This was the end result. I used the tabistry technique for it again

day 75. Men pop tab fake tie

At the upcyclers forum on etsy I asked if people had idea's on what to make. M. Basilte said make a men's tie. It took a while but I did try it. It is a prototype. I try to inprove it over time.

This one of my reserve projects. I tried to make a wire wrapped bird. But it did feel like being wire wrapped. I have been at it for two hours.  I am tired and have a headache, so decided for one of my reserve projects. I have an exam tomorrow, so i am going to bed early today

Okay, I confess, I like black. I also have hot pink satin ribbon. A colleague ordered the hot pink version of this one. Who want to see this one in hot pink?

day 71 wire wrapped goldfish keychain

I got about 48 keyrings. Enough to keep going in figuring out ways to use them. I like the way this fishy came out. Used some crystal elements for tail, fin and eye.

A remake of an item sold i my shop today. It is one of the favorites in my etsy shop. It sold a few times already.

day 69 pop tab bracelet S-linked

I found yet an other way to make a bracelet. I made S-links with thick wire and used them to connect  together. Some I suprise myself I am still coming op with new bracelet patterns :)

One of the 365 projects I like to follow is 365 days of love. She makes very unique and creative love items, with each its own story. Also like here style of photographing items. As a tribute to her project, this painting.

Created this cute pop tab baby today. He ( or she ;) ) is even wearing a diaper.

I made pop tab guys twin brother and listed him in my etsy shop. I am to attached to the original one to let him go

day 66 Pop tab guy necklace

I got these beautiful silver plated ball chains and could not resist showing one of them off. I combined one with an other favorite items of mine, the pop tab guy I made in the beginning. Now I can wear him everywhere :)

Did my 65 craft today. Only 300 left :)

I sold this item today. I have to get some zip ties to remake this one. I probably will do that thursday. After that day this one will come along in a 2 part project (takes a minimum of 2 days to make), because I want to remake it :).  This already sold a few times in my shop and people are really happy with it.

day 64. Pop tab mouse

Just had some fun with a bunch of stuff. I used pop tabs, thread, wire and swarovski beads. And this is the result :)

day 63 pop tab keychain

Did not make a keychain for my project yet. So here it is :). It is made with the same technique I used for the bracelet on day 21.

day 62 pop tab flower coaster

Just played around with pop tabs and chainmaille rings today. Not really planning to make something and this is what came out. Maybe I am going to shop for cork coasters to put underneath it, so I can really use it.

day 61. Pop tab bracelet with fire opal crystal elements

Tried an other new technique today. I do not know what it is called in english. I think it is looping. It is a way to make beading elements with beads and wire. First go at it for me.

I used swarovski that i still have lying around from the days that i was making beaded swarovski miniatures. It tried selling them for a year and sold none of them. For this bracelet I used 4 mm fire opal bicones

day 60 black and gold cow print earrings

Just watched paint dry. I am very sleepy and wanted to finish this and had to wait for the paint to dry.
Giggle, o well, I kept myself busy anyway.

 I bought some gold paint that i wanted to try.  Here is the gold and black version of cow print pop tab earrings

day 59 pop tab bumble bee

Okay this one I do not like. The stripes on the bumble bee are not straight at all. Because I am getting the hang of macro photography it is even more clear.  O well, tomorrow an other change at making something.

day 58 pop tab chainmaille bracelet - 4 leaf clover

I enjoyed working with chainmaille so much yesterday, that i decided to do an other on today. This one is connected with a chainmaille technique called 4 leaf clover. Over time i going to add a splash of color to rings. I think it will really look nice.

Listed the bracelet of yesterday in my etsy shop today.

My chainmaille skills came in very handy today. I used a chainmaille technique called european 4-in-1 to attach the pop tabs to each other. This was the result.

Also listed  2 of my former creations for this project in my shop

This one has been sold to one of my faithfull followers of this blog. Hope you will like it as much in person as in the picture :)

Also listed this bracelet in the 7 1/4 inch (18cm) and 8 1/4 inch (21 cm) version. You probably can see them in my etsy mini on the right side of my blog :)

How do you people like the tree bark I am using in the picture? I like the result myself.

day 56 smart phone case with pop tab mini buckle

I bought a sewing machine a year back. Stored it and never used it.  Today I decided to give it a go. This has taken up hours of my time. First it took me a while to get the sewing machine properly wired. After that i had to figure out how much material I needed. And then trying to sew itself. I took me 3 hours to get to this end result, but I made it. It even looks okay. Learned something new  today. The pop tab part is the belt buckle thingy in the middle :)

day 55 Cat pop tab qoute painting

I have 2 cats who take joy in "helping" me, when making my crafts. They sit on stuff I need or play with it. Also they make a habbit from sitting on my laptop on my laptop. They keep me busy but i love them dearly. I saw this cat qoute and thoughed it would be fun to use for a pop tab painting
